Walton Android phone coming market soon
The new smartphone is coming to the market with the slogan, ‘Get Android Primo-Be Entertained.’
Equipped with all third generation (3G) features, this smartphone set is very attractive in design and look. It will also have all the multimedia facilities.
The new mobile phone set will be available at all the Walton Plazas and Distributors’ Showrooms across the country within the next few days.
S.M. Rejoan Alam, Chief Marketing Officer of Walton’s Cellular Phone Department, said the Walton Android Primo cellphone has carefully been designed keeping the customer’s needs and tastes in mind.
The main features of the new smartphone include Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread, Dual SIM with Dual Standby, 2 megapixel camera with video recording, MP4 and MP3 player, FM radio, Qualcomm Chipset-GHz processor with memory expandable up to 32 gigabyte, GPS, GSM, WCDMA, Wi-Fi, EDGE, Internet browsing, Facebook, King Soft Office, Adobe Reader Google mail facilities, etc.
“Walton Android Primo cellphone has 3.5-inch colourful display monitor with capacitive touch screen. Besides, it has 4 GB RAM and ROM,” said Engineer Nashid Anjum of Walton’s Research and Development Department.
The new Walton smartphone has a long-lasting Lithium-ion 1420 mAh battery, which helps keep the mobile phone activated for a long time. Besides, accessories like charger, earphone and data cable will be provided to customers.
A 4GB memory card and three back covers of different colours will be provided at free of cost.
Besides, customers will get one year’s service warranty from the date of purchase. It is learnt that this ultra-modern handset was designed and developed at Walton’s own research centre.
The price of the new smartphone will remain within the purchasing capacity of customers belonging to all classes. Along with this newly arrived handset, Walton’s other handsets will be found at all mobile phone dealers’ showrooms and sales centres in the country.
